Easy and Automated Setup
Import
email settings, emails and contacts from Outlook and
Thunderbird plus there's automatic setup for Gmail, Lycos, Yahoo,
Netscape, Mail.com, and Tiscali email accounts.
Setting up
Noah is a breeze with the setup wizard. Importing or setting up an
account can be completed with a few clicks, and there's no limit to the
number of accounts that you can setup at the same time. Want to keep
thousands of emails from all of your email accounts neatly arranged in Noah?
No problem, that's what it was designed
for, and with it's powerful database and fast interface even very large
numbers of emails can be organized and accessed in a flash.
Power User's Tool But With Drag and Drop
Simplicity
Even
though Noah contains more most advanced data management features then any
similar application, it doesn't require a computer science degree to use
it. Noah has a simple, intuitive, interface with easy to find commands -
drag, drop, done!
For
example, to place that new VIP into his own space, just drag and drop
one of his emails from Noah's inbox. Noah will then search all of your
emails from that sender and place them in the Time Grid in the order and
on the date they were sent. It will also monitor new emails from this
sender and automatically place them on the Time Grid for you the moment
they're received. To organized
emails in a sub-folder, just check a single box and this will occur at
the same time.
To add a
desktop file to the Time Grid just drag one from a file folder, or open
Noah's document folder and do the same. To add a website link just open
the site in Noah's built-in browser and drag the URL to the Grid. If you want to
read a Web page on a plane, train, automobile, or anytime you're not
connected to the Internet, just drag and drop the URL while you hold the
shift key - the file will be store in Noah's local database and be
available anywhere or anytime.
View and Access Years of Data With a Few Clicks
